Damage waiver is non-refundable. Processing fees may apply. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
No security deposit is required. Instead, we include a $200 damage waiver with every booking that covers minor accidental damage. For any damage beyond normal wear and tear, the credit card on file may be charged.
Yes! We welcome small gatherings and events for up to 50 guests with prior approval. Additional fees and coordination with our team are required. Please contact us for event pricing.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding. We can arrange additional sleeping accommodations upon request.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
While not required, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
A complimentary one-way airport transfer is included with stays of 7 nights or more. For shorter stays, we can arrange airport transfers for an additional fee.
Your stay includes daily continental breakfast, twice-weekly housekeeping, daily groundsman service, WiFi, cable TV, and full use of all villa amenities including the private pool and sky deck.
Yes! Private chef services are available for an additional fee. Our chef can prepare Jamaican cuisine, international dishes, and accommodate dietary requirements. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.
